Financial Analyst
Responsible for providing business performance analysis, reporting and forecasting. Provides a variety of financial data; maintains and updates financial models and plans. Provides financial analysis and projections to all levels within the organization in support of functional business objectives. Has in-depth experience, knowledge and skills in own discipline. Usually determines own work priorities. Acts as resource for colleagues with less experience.
Core Responsibilities :
- Lead financial analysis and modeling for capital projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
 - Evaluate investment opportunities using financial metrics such as ROI, IRR, NPV, and payback period.
 - Partner with construction, engineering, and business development teams to assess project feasibility and financial impact.
 - Prepare and present capital investment proposals to senior leadership and investment committees.
 - Monitor capital expenditures and ensure alignment with approved budgets and strategic goals.
 - Support long-range capital planning and scenario modeling.
 - Develop dashboards and reporting tools to track capital performance and KPIs.
 - Mentor junior analysts and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
 - Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial policies, and regulatory requirements.
 - Performs additional Business Operations duties and tasks as required.
 - Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
 - Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
