Why We Have This Role

This Transformation Office team member will play a critical role in revolutionizing our systems and processes within the Product, UX, and Engineering (PXE) Organization at Qualtrics. This is a highly cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of strategy and execution. You will lead initiatives that align with our goals of driving innovation and increasing efficiency in business operations (BizOps) and product development. You will analyze and seek to understand current processes, identify opportunities, and execute improvements that drive value through operational excellence. You will be working with leaders across the organization to drive adoption and otherwise influence the future of how the PXE organization works.?

• You are comfortable facilitating workshops to co-create optimized systems.
• You are organized and enjoy juggling multiple priorities at once.
• Able to work with internal stakeholders across all levels, including executives.

For full-time positions , this pay range is for base per year; however, base pay offered within this range may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, education, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be included in an employment offer. Full-time employees are eligible for medical, dental, vision, life and disability, 401(k) with match, paid time off, a wellness reimbursement, mental health benefits, and an experience bonus.
