POSITION OVERVIEW :
Nationally ranked Top 10 State Farm Agent is seeking a dynamic team member to join their winning team in the role of Bilingual Hybrid Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member. Insurance experience is not required - we will train the right person with the right mindset and skill set.

You proactively reach out to current customers, uncover gaps, and provide protection across Life, Health, Commercial, and multiline products, turning one-policy relationships into lifelong portfolios. You protect what they have, filling in gaps, showing them what they're missing.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO :
Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as neededBuild, deepen, and retain relationships inside our existing book of business by selling through service and leading with heartUse a prompt, friendly, customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance optionsProactively reach out to current customers, uncover gaps, and provide protection across Life, Health, Commercial, and multiline products, turning one-policy relationships into lifelong portfoliosMaintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every dayREQUIREMENTS :
