Clinicians are supported with training, mentorship, and growth opportunities while making a meaningful impact directly in patients' homes.

We are urgently hiring for the following areas :

• Region G : DeLand, Deltona, Daytona Beach area
• Region H : The Villages, Mount Dora, Leesburg
• Region N : Davenport, Winter Haven, Haines City, Lakeland, Bradenton
• Region A : Orange County (Orlando, Apopka, Winter Park, Winter Garden, Ocoee, Windermere, Lake Buena Vista, and surrounding areas) & Seminole County (Sanford, Lake Mary, Oviedo, Altamonte Springs, Longwood, Casselberry, Winter Springs, Wekiwa Springs, and surrounding areas)

Position Overview

We are seeking Florida-licensed PTs, PTAs, OTs, and COTAs —with or without CLT certification—to join our growing team. These roles come with a unique pay structure, full benefits, and advancement opportunities through our Clinical Ladder Program . Clinicians are assigned to a primary zone within their home county, managing a caseload of 24–30 weekly patient visits, each lasting 70–85 minutes.
