Customer Service And Collections Representative

Insight Global is seeking a professional to join a large Trucking financial services company in North Fort Worth on their Customer Service and Collections team. This individual will be taking inbound calls and returning client / user calls. For customer service, these calls can cover anything related to the accounts they have setup with Daimler, including help logging in and navigating the website, checking the status of payments sent to Daimler, walking the account holder through their statement, checking the remaining balances, and more. Some clients have fleets of trucks through Daimler and may be calling to ask how their payments are being spent across their fleet of vehicles. Some calls may be regarding the status of orders on new vehicles. The collections role is not the typical automotive collection layout, Daimler approaches their collections with a white glove, customer first, attitude. For collections you will make outbound and take inbound calls with the goal of collecting past due payments while seeking to understand why the payments were delinquent in the first place.
