Locum Physician Assistant (PA) - Surgery - Neurosurgery in Michigan

We are seeking an experienced Neurosurgery Physician Assistant for a 90-day locum tenens assignment in Michigan. This opportunity begins on Nov 3, 2025, and offers a full-time schedule with day shifts, 4-5 days per week. The role is based at a trauma center and involves a broad range of neurosurgical procedures. Job Details Location : Michigan Facility Type : Trauma Center Start Date : Nov 3, 2025 LOA : 90 days Provider Type Needed : Neurosurgery Physician Assistant Schedule : 7 : 00am-3 : 30pm or 7 : 00am-5 : 30pm, 4-5 days per week for a full-time schedule Responsibilities and Duties Assist in a wide range of neurosurgical procedures, including both cranial and spinal surgeries Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including neurologists, neurointerventional radiologists, and other specialists Interpret diagnostic imaging studies such as MRIs, CT scans, and angiograms for diagnosis and treatment planning Provide consultations, assessments, and follow-up care for patients in both outpatient clinics and inpatient settings Additional Information Board certification required Minimum two years of experience as a Neurosurgery Physician Assistant Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA) certifications required Must be licensed to practice in Michigan Benefits Strong compensation Travel-related expenses covered A-rated medical malpractice insurance provided Dedicated recruiter for future travel opportunities What are Locum Tenens Jobs?
