Must-Have :

Candidates must have experience in Ortho, Total Joints, Neuro, and Robotics.

Candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

Description :

The role involves working in an Operating Room setting with a team.

The position requires being a patient advocate while functioning as a circulator and resource for the sterile field.

Experience as a circulator and as a scrub is preferred.

Typical procedures include Total Joints, multi-level spine fusions, and various Xi robotic cases.

Candidates should possess a positive outlook and a willingness to work collaboratively with team members.

Expectations include the possibility of taking call shifts, with an average of 5-6 weekday call shifts and one weekend shift over an eight-week period.

The patient-to-nurse ratio will be 1 : 1.

The typical staffing includes an average of 8 RNs, 8 scrub techs, and 5 surgical support techs during the day shift.

Experience with EMR systems, specifically Epic, is beneficial.

Candidates with experience as a scrub CNOR will be given priority.
