Job description

Overview

The Barnes Firm Injury Attorneys is hiring a seasoned attorney with at least 3 years of Plaintiff personal injury experience. You will manage your own caseload from intake through pre-litigation, litigation and trial. Significant participation in at least three jury trials is highly desirable. All applications are confidential.

Responsibilities

  • Manage your own caseload handling all aspects of your claims and cases from client intake through pre-litigation, litigation and trial.
  • Participate in at least three jury trials when possible.
  • Decide case acceptance, prosecution, and settlement in collaboration with firm management to maximize the client's recovery.
  • Collaborate with a dedicated litigation paralegal, a case manager, and other support staff for dictation, medical record acquisition, discovery, and lien reduction.

Qualifications

  • Plaintiff personal injury : 3 years (Required)
  • California license required
  • Entrepreneurial spirit; ambitious, disciplined, organized; bilingual a plus

    • Compensation and Benefits

  • Base pay range : $150,000.00 / yr - $500,000.00 / yr
  • Annual bonus; compensation highly competitive with no cap on earnings
