Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our healthcare team. The NP / PA will work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities :

Exam patients.
Order labs, imaging.
Prescribe medications.

Requirements : Nurse Practitioner

Master's Degree in Nursing.

Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner curriculum.

Certification / Licenses

National certification as a nurse practitioner by one of the following certifying bodies :

American Academy of Nurse Practitioner (AANP)

American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC)

Advance Practice Registered Nurse License through the State of Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulations.

Current State of Illinois Controlled Substance License and Current State of Illinois DEA.

BLS Certification.

OR : Physician Assistant

Graduate of an accredited physician assistant curriculum.

One year of experience in health care setting preferred.

Certifications / Licenses

Certification by passing the Physician Assistant National Certification Exam (PANCE).

Licensure to practice in the State of Illinois, Control Substance License and DEA License.

BLS Certification.
