What You Will Be Doing

The Program Managers primary objective is to ensure a consistent experience for our enterprise customers asFORTdelivers our portfolio of services directly and through trusted partnerships, including our Global Presence Alliance.

• Ensure consistency in communications and adherence to our customer and FORTstandards
• Ensure billing, documentation, tracking and other correspondence is delivered to our customer accurately, on-time and to the mutually agreed upon formats.
• Partner with the enterprise sales representative to serve as a primary point of contact for our customers and leads the accumulation of KPIs and other key customer data provided during Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and in other customer touchpoints.
