What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to individuals entering the location by following security-related screening procedures and site-specific policies.

Monitor entrances and exits to help to deter unauthorized access and / or prohibited items from being brought into the facility.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal guidelines and client protocols.

Communicate professionally with visitors, staff, and / or patients, addressing questions or concerns as appropriate.

Assist with emergency response activities as directed by site leadership and Allied Universal procedures.

Document and report any security-related incidents, unusual activity, or policy violations according to established protocols.

Minimum Requirements :

Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.

Be able to work in hospital environments, including morgue areas.

Be at least 21 years of age.

Access control or badge experience is preferred.

A guard card or license is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
