Candidate must be a CURRENT SC resident. No relocation allowed.

Summary

We are seeking a senior-level Information Security Analyst with strong experience supporting IRS Publication 1075 compliance initiatives. This role will assist with preparing for an upcoming IRS Safeguards Review by coordinating technical and administrative compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Review Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) and evaluate effectiveness related to Safeguard Review readiness.
• Assess SSR, SSPs, and SSAs for Pub 1075 compliance and ensure proper documentation and evidence preparation.
• Identify applicable IRS SCSEMs, evaluate agency compliance, and support remediation efforts.
• Coordinate all Safeguard Review preparation activities, reporting, and communications using project management standards.
• Assist with follow-up activities post-review, including developing CAPs to address findings.
• Provide expert guidance on technical solutions to ensure applications and infrastructure meet Pub 1075 requirements.
• Research and recommend technical solutions to support compliance.
