Early Childhood Lead Teacher and Teacher Assistant

Kensington School is a full day private preschool with childcare for infants through pre-kindergarten aged children. With over 55 years of Early Childhood Education experience our schools are created to give every child the very best first school experience.

Kensington School is seeking experienced Early Childhood Teachers and Teacher Assistants to join our teaching staff. We are a growing company and love to promote from within therefore we consistently have space for like-minded educators to join our team! We are opening new city locations this year!

We are currently looking for a Full Time Lead Toddler Teacher to join our team. Our Toddler program is filled with focused exploration and exciting new discoveries for the children!

To be considered for a position applicants must :

• Have experience with young children ages 0-5
• Enjoy spending time with young children!
• Have passion for teaching and caring for young children
• Have open availability to work a Full-Time schedule Monday through Friday
• Meet DCFS position requirements

Lead Teachers earn a competitive salary starting at up to $49000 paid out in an hourly rate.

Teacher Assistants earn a competitive salary starting at up to $41000 paid out as an hourly rate.

Full time employees have access to a comprehensive benefit package including medical dental and vision insurance 401K PTO and paid CPR / First Aid training.
