Position Summary

Join our dynamic team as an Engineer Level III, where you will play a crucial role in maintaining our premier resort. You will respond promptly to guest repair requests, ensuring a seamless experience for our visitors. Your responsibilities will include :

Communicating effectively with guests to resolve maintenance issues.

Performing preventative maintenance on tools and equipment, ensuring everything is in top condition.

Visually inspecting tools, equipment, or machines.

Carrying necessary equipment, including tools and radios.

Identifying and operating all shut-off valves for equipment.

Maintaining inventory and requisitioning parts and supplies as necessary.

Recording information about unfinished calls before shift changes.

Adhere strictly to company policies and safety guidelines. You will report any maintenance problems or safety hazards, complete necessary training and certifications, and ensure proper storage of flammable materials. You are expected to maintain a clean and professional appearance, protect company assets, and ensure the confidentiality of proprietary information. Your interaction with guests is vital; welcome all guests according to company standards, anticipate their needs, and assist individuals with disabilities while thanking them with genuine appreciation.

To thrive in this role, you should :

Develop and maintain positive working relationships with your colleagues.

Communicate clearly and professionally.

Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds.

Navigate stairs, ramps, and ladders as needed.

Reach overhead and below the knees and perform tasks that involve bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.

Preferred Qualifications

Education : Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree.

Related Work Experience : At least 2 years of related work experience.

Supervisory Experience : No supervisory experience required.

License or Certification : None required.
