- Under minimal supervision, provides oversight to the clinical processes in the Department of Ophthalmology and maintains a high level of customer service to patients.
- Working closely with the Clinical Manager of KEI, the Senior Technician will monitor clinical workflow efficiencies, processes, training and communication to the other Ophthalmic Technicians as directed.
