Paralegal

They are hiring a Corporate Paralegal to join their team in Salt Lake City, UT on a hybrid basis. Reporting to the Senior Counsel, this role will support corporate governance, contracts, and regulatory compliance matters. Responsibilities

• Oversee global legal entity management, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for subsidiaries and joint ventures.
• Support corporate governance, including board meetings, stockholder meetings, regulatory filings, and annual reports.
• Prepare materials for board meetings and manage online platforms for board assessments and D&O questionnaires.
• Maintain corporate records and manage administrative tasks, including filings, signatures, and document retention.
• Assist with contracts, M&A, and IP matters as needed
