Job Description

Our client, an growing family-owned eComm business, is seeking a full-time Merchandising Specialist to help drive product performance and enhance the digital customer experience. This role blends data analysis with creative merchandising strategy, ideal for someone who thrives on turning insights into impactful product presentation.

Youll oversee the digital product catalog, ensuring accuracy in data, imagery, and categorization, while supporting promotional campaigns and marketing content. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to align merchandising efforts with seasonal initiatives and long-term e-commerce goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze product performance to identify trends and develop strategies that boost engagement and sales.
• Maintain accurate product data, including SKUs, pricing, categorization, and imagery across digital platforms.
• Partner with marketing to highlight product benefits and support seasonal campaign content.
• Help build and manage promotional calendars in alignment with broader marketing plans.
• Conduct market and competitor research to inform product positioning and identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with suppliers to manage drop-ship availability and product lifecycle updates.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure consistent product messaging and campaign execution.
