Position Overview : We are seeking an experienced Construction Estimator with a strong background in bidding and securing projects with cities, counties, school districts and metro districts.

Key Responsibilities :

• Analyze project plans, specifications, and requirements to prepare accurate cost estimates.
• Develop and submit competitive bids for public works projects.
• Perform quantity takeoffs and solicit subcontractor and supplier pricing.
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure project budgets and timelines are achievable.
• Attend pre-bid meetings and site visits as necessary.​
