Griffin Memorial Hospital and the Children's Recovery Center are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to lead and manage activities related to construction, renovation, maintenance, and repair of facilities, grounds, and equipment.

This position provides leadership to construction and maintenance technicians, licensed trade specialists, and others responsible for both new construction / renovation projects and ongoing facility upkeep.

Key responsibilities include :

• Inspecting buildings, premises, and equipment to identify maintenance, construction, or renovation needs.
• Estimating project costs for labor and materials.
• Overseeing work in progress and verifying code compliance upon completion.
• Reviewing project bids and preparing specifications for standard and specialized equipment, supplies, and vehicles.

About us : Griffin Memorial Hospital (GMH), located in Norman, Oklahoma, is the adult treatment center for the ODMHSAS and serves all 77 counties. GMH offers community crisis stabilization and residential treatment for individuals experiencing substance use, co-occurring mental health issues, and trauma-related conditions.
