Job descriptionProvide one-on-one support, assistance, and companionship. Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration. Ensure the individual's safety and well-being in the home and community. Maintain a positive and supportive atmosphere. Follow agency policies and procedures. High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver's license. Ability to pass a background check. Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate and patient demeanor.
