Floating Member Service Representative - West Salem WI

Altra's Floating Member Solutions Representative will travel to different Altra locations in WI (Onalaska, West Salem, Holmen, and La Crosse) and MN (La Crescent, Winona, and Rochester) on an as-needed basis to fill in at those offices where and when assistance is needed. The Floating Member Solutions Representative's home office will be at the West Salem, WI office location. Because this position is a floating position, you will work in face-to-face offices, Kiosk style office and technology style offices. You will be required to work as a team and be able to work in fast-paced environments.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our members, delivering outstanding service while handling routine financial transactions accurately and efficiently. Your positive attitude and commitment to member satisfaction will help strengthen our credit union's reputation for excellence.

What you'll do :

• Greet members warmly and assist with their daily banking needs, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and account inquiries
• Process transactions accurately and in compliance with credit union policies and regulatory requirements
• Promote credit union products and services to meet member needs and support business growth
• Promote in-branch technology and assist members as needed
• Maintain member confidentiality and adhere to security procedures
• Resolve member questions or concerns promptly, escalating when necessary
• Balance cash drawers and prepare daily reports
• Support other branch functions as needed

High School or GED (required)

Experience

Background in customer service. (required)

Previous cash handling or teller experience preferred, but not required. (preferred)

Strong communication skills. (required)

Detail-oriented, professional, and tech-savvy. (required)

Proficient with computers and basic software applications. (required)

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. (required)

Commitment to providing exceptional member service. (required)

Valid driver's license, clean driving record and reliable transportation required.
