You will work on distributed, event-driven architectures, cloud-native infrastructure, and high-performance services that handle complex workflows at scale. The position emphasizes ownership, technical leadership, and collaboration across engineering and infrastructure teams to deliver reliable and efficient solutions. You will contribute to shaping the technical direction of the platform, mentor other engineers, and help drive innovation through best practices in system design, scalability, and developer experience. Accountabilities :

• Design, implement, and maintain backend services and APIs (GraphQL and REST) that power the platform ecosystem.
• Build performant, fault-tolerant systems using caching, queuing, and asynchronous processing.
• Implement event-driven architectures using tools like Kafka and Redis MQ.
• Collaborate with infrastructure engineers to evolve cloud-native architecture and improve observability on AWS.
• Lead projects end-to-end, ensuring technical quality, scalability, and timely delivery.
• Proactively identify issues, propose solutions, and drive continuous platform improvement.
• Mentor and support engineers, fostering a culture of learning and high technical standards.
