About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled  Intensivist  to join our Critical Care team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, evidence-based care to critically ill patients in our ICU, collaborating closely with a multi-disciplinary team of nurses, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive critical care management for ICU patients.
- Perform ICU procedures (e.g., intubations, central lines, arterial lines, bronchoscopy, chest tubes etc.).
- Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and collaborate on patient management plans.
- Lead and educate advanced practice providers and nurses as needed.
- Ensure adherence to hospital protocols, quality improvement, and patient safety initiatives.
Qualifications
MD or DO  degree from an accredited medical school.Board Certified / Board Eligible  in Critical Care Medicine (Preferably Internal Medicine track).Active / Eligible State Medical License  in Texas.Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.Prior ICU experience preferred.Compensation & Benefits
