@Orchard is supporting a growing Federal Contractor with a need for an experienced Information Systems Owner. The Information Systems Owner will support the DMEA IT staff with classified and unclassified networks, and enable microelectronics development functions necessary to address requirements from critical DoD, Special operations, and Intelligence missions. As the Information Systems Owner you will be responsible for :

• Work with the information owners (IOs), user representatives, and users to identify project computing requirements, budgetary estimates, and project timelines in coordination with the ISSOs.
• Develop hardware and software life cycle business cases .This includes working with users, user representatives, information owners, and ISSOs to :

Develop and modify implementation and integration plans (including project timelines).
