Tax Manager
Salary Range : $130,000-$150,000 plus bonus

Key Responsibilities :
Review and prepare complex individual, corporate, partnership, trust, and estate tax returnsManage tax planning and compliance for a diverse client baseServe as the primary point of contact for client tax matters and strategic guidanceSupervise and mentor staff; delegate tasks and provide constructive, timely feedbackConduct technical tax research to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulationsAnalyze financial data to identify tax-saving opportunities for clientsOversee the preparation of quarterly and annual tax projectionsAssist with workflow management and recommend process improvementsSupport firm partners in strategic planning and client relationship developmentRequirements :
CPA certification requiredBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master's in Taxation is a plus)5+ years of public accounting experience, with a primary focus on taxSolid understanding of federal and state tax regulations for individuals and closely held businessesProven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication, leadership, and client service skillsProficiency with CCH Axcess Tax softwareSalary Range : $130-150K
