This role is perfect for an experienced CNC Lathe / Milling Programmer / Operator who loves the challenge of programming, setup, and running complex CNC equipment from start to finish in a supportive, team-driven environment.
Location : Billerica, Massachusetts
Pay Range : $72,800 - $93,000 per year (depending on experience)
Shifts Available :
Winter shift transitions to Monday through Friday, 6 : 00 a.m. to 2 : 30 p.m.

Desired Skills and Experience
Program, set up, and operate CNC machine tools, including multi-axis lathes.
Independently take metal parts from raw stock to finished components.
Apply current cutting tool technology and machining best practices.
Interpret customer drawings and specifications to plan work processes.
Determine machining parameters such as speeds, feeds, tolerances, and sequences.
Perform trial cuts, make necessary machine adjustments, and ensure accuracy.
Use precision measurement tools including micrometers, calipers, surface gauges,
profilometers, CMM, and vision systems.
Utilize trigonometric and shop math formulas for layout and dimensional calculations.
Program using CAM software (Fusion360 preferred; Mastercam acceptable).
Complete assigned tasks efficiently while maintaining quality and safety standards.
