LHH Recruitment Solutions has an AP / AR Clerk role open with our client in Tampa, FL. This is an onsite , contract (6-7 months) opportunity.
Responsibilities
Process invoices and payments accurately and timely
Communicate with vendors and internal departments to ensure smooth operations
Experience
One to two years of accounts payable and accounts receivable experience required
Skills / Knowledge
Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook required
Sage accounting software knowledge preferred
High degree of accuracy and strong attention to detail
Solid communication, customer service, and organizational skills
Education
HS diploma required
Work Hours / Pay Rate
Monday-Friday - 40 hours per week
$20-22 / hr.
