• Department : Nursing\n
• Work Arrangement : Full Onsite\n
• Schedule : PART TIME - Friday and Saturday schedule (10p-6a)\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nNursing Care (85%) : \n
• Direct day-to-day functions of nursing assistants per facility guidelines.\n
• Conduct admissions, transfers, and discharges of residents.\n
• Implement and update resident care plans.\n
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.\n
• Ensure accurate documentation in electronic medical records (Point Click Care).\n\nAdministrative Support (10%) : \n
• Complete required medical forms, reports, and evaluations.\n
• Assist in training staff and maintaining data resources.\n\nOther Duties (5%) : \n
• Participate in staff meetings and additional projects as needed.\n\nMinimum Qualifications\n
• Education : LPN degree from an accredited institution.\n
• Experience : 1 year in a similar nursing role.\n
• Licensure : Valid LPN license in Oregon.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n
• Experience with electronic medical records systems (PCC).\n
• Strong communication skills and a patient-focused attitude.\n\nPhysical Requirements\n
• Ability to handle the physical and emotional demands of the job.\n
