Apple is looking for an analytical and highly motivated Financial Analyst to join the Real Estate & Development (Places) Finance team to support our fast-growing corporate real estate portfolio. The Places team at Apple is responsible for managing Apple's global real estate portfolio, including Retail Stores, Offices, Data Centers and other properties all over the world. This role is responsible for ensuring that Apple has the physical space it needs to operate and grow, while also creating a positive and sustainable work environment for its employees.

Minimum Qualifications :

• 5+ years of Finance or Accounting experience
• BS / BA or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required (MBA and / or CPA is a plus)
• Extensive experience with Excel

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $137,900 and $207,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
