On-Call Registered Nurse (RN)

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated On-Call Registered Nurse to join our team. This unique role offers full-time pay for working every other week , providing after-hours care and support to our participants in their homes.

Schedule

Overnight   Weekdays : On-Call from 3 : 30 PM 8 : 30 AM (MondayFriday) EVERY OTHER WEEK ONLY

Weekends : 24-hour on-call coverage (Saturday & Sunday) EVERY OTHER WEEKEND ONLY

Service Area

Tarentum, Lower Burrell, and surrounding communities

Key Responsibilities

• Provide after-hours nursing care and support to older adult participants
• Assess and manage episodic illnesses in collaboration with the on-call provider
• Deliver prescribed treatments and nursing interventions
• Educate participants and caregivers on care plans and health management
• Document all care and changes in condition promptly and accurately
• Coordinate care and communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary team
