POSITION SUMMARY

LifeWave is seeking a highly motivated and strategic AI Business Analyst to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be the bridge between our business units and our technical teams, responsible for identifying and implementing innovative AI solutions that solve key business challenges and accelerate our growth.

You will work closely with our AI team to turn high-level strategic goals into actionable projects. With the support of our dedicated AI team, you will drive the successful implementation of new technologies, playing a key role in our mission to embed AI into critical company workflows.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position has supervisory responsibilities for Contractors and / or vendors.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with business leaders across all departments to identify, define, and document business challenges that can be addressed with AI.
  • Evaluate potential solutions, which may include third-party SaaS tools, vendor platforms, or custom-built applications.
  • Develop clear, data-backed business cases and process improvement plans for proposed AI initiatives.
  • Present findings and solution recommendations to senior leadership, articulating the potential value and impact on the organization.
  • Assist in the end-to-end execution of approved AI solutions, ensuring they are effectively integrated into existing workflows.
  • Work with technical teams to translate business needs into technical requirements and specifications.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in a business analysis or similar role, with a strong focus on technology projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify business needs and translate them into actionable plans.
  • A foundational understanding of AI, machine learning, and data-driven technologies.
  • Experience with project implementation and a history of working collaboratively with technical teams.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with project management principles and tools to assist in the execution of solutions.
  • College degree required
  • PHYSICAL DEMANDS

    While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to remain in an office at a computer workstation and access information from a computer. The employee is required to be mobile to, from, and within the office. The employee may occasionally move up to 25 pounds.

    WORK ENVIORMENT AND EXPECTATIONS

  • Draper Utah Office-based position with the potential for hybrid work within the Utah State only, subject to approval.
  • Employees must work a minimum of 2-3 days per week from the Company office.
  • Employees must maintain the same level of performance, engagement, and availability in hybrid settings as in-office roles.
