Salary : $80,000 - $115,000k / yr

The Account Manager will be responsible for :

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services.
• Provide technical guidance on flexible packaging solutions, including films, laminates, and barrier materials.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic account planning.
• Prepare and present proposals, pricing, and contract negotiations.
• Achieve revenue targets and contribute to overall business growth.
