Allied Universal Technology Services is hiring a Service Technician to drive our mission of being the world's most trusted service provider. The technician will perform service, maintenance, repair, and diagnostics on access control systems and IP-based video equipment, including electrified / non-electrified locks, card readers, IP / analog cameras, intercoms, video recorders, and wired / wireless systems .

Salary range : $32-$52 / hour

Up to $5,000 signing bonus!

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Travel to c ommercial client sites to service, identify , repair, troubleshoot, and detect access control equipment and IP based video security systems. Including but not limited to :

• Electrified / non-electrified locks, card readers, ancillary door devices
• IP / analog cameras, head-end video recording devices
• W ired / wireless systems and intercom systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues efficiently and effectively to ensure company compliance , standards and building codes , as well as company safety policies and procedures
• Execute, d ocument and track service-related issues through ServiceNow i n accordance with Federal, State and local regulations
• Interpret electrical schematics, CAD drawings and related documents for use in low - voltage applications
• Provide phone and on-lineremote diagnostic support with a high level of customer service to both internal and external c lients
• Collaborate and perform task s with other internal teams and c lients as required
