MDS Nurse / Care Management Nurse RN

This is a Full Time Position

Are you an experienced MDS nurse interested in the next step? Or are you an RN looking to expand your knowledge by learning a new role? The MDS Nurse provides oversight of the RAI process and conducts assessments and care plan coordination for guests. The MDS Nurse will work with and report to the MDS Coordinator.
