We are seeking a Software Developer Senior (US) to join our team. This Software Developer Senior role will involve designing, developing, and deploying advanced AI-driven applications and agent-based systems in a highly technical and performance-focused environment. The ideal Software Developer Senior will have experience in Python development, AI agent frameworks, distributed system optimization, and large-scale application deployment, along with a passion for AI / ML innovation and scalable system architecture. The Software Developer Senior will lead technical initiatives from concept to launch, ensuring production readiness and performance optimization. This Software Developer Senior will collaborate cross-functionally to build, deploy, and enhance intelligent applications. The Software Developer Senior will also contribute to scaling globally distributed systems while continuously improving system performance and reliability.

Job Description :

The Software Developer Senior is responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered application services with a strong focus on agentic AI systems and large language model (LLM) integrations. This role requires hands-on expertise in Python-based service development and deep experience with modern AI agent frameworks.

The position demands a strong ability to take products from concept to launch, scale them efficiently, and optimize performance across complex, globally distributed systems. The ideal candidate will bring both technical depth and innovative thinking to build intelligent, scalable, and production-ready AI applications.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and deploy scalable application services using Python .

Architect and implement AI agent-based solutions using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LangFuse, AutoGen, MCP , and similar technologies.

Lead development efforts from concept through launch, ensuring performance tuning and optimization of distributed systems.

Build and integrate intelligent AI agents into enterprise-grade applications.

Optimize system performance for large-scale, globally distributed environments.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend, backend, DevOps, and AI / ML teams to ensure seamless product delivery.

Develop and manage containerized applications using Docker and orchestrate deployments using Kubernetes .

Work with databases including MongoDB, Vector databases, and Graph databases .

Contribute to frontend / backend integration when needed using technologies such as React, Node, and Bun .

Participate in technical interviews (Teams and onsite) and contribute to technical discussions and architectural decisions.

Required Education :

BS or MS Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science / Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience .

Required Experience :

Minimum 5+ years of proven industry experience in software development.

Demonstrable experience or strong hands-on projects in AI agent development .

Proven experience taking products from concept to production and scaling them through performance tuning and optimization.

Strong experience in Python development and application service deployment .

Experience working with complex, distributed systems in production environments.

Required Technical Skills :

Strong proficiency in Python for backend and service development.

Strong expertise in agentic LLM libraries and frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LangFuse, AutoGen, MCP, etc.

Experience with application deployment technologies including Docker and Kubernetes.

Familiarity with databases including MongoDB, Vector databases, and Graph databases.

Knowledge of modern development stacks including React, Node, and related backend technologies.

Strong performance optimization and system scaling expertise.

Proactive problem-solving mindset with the ability to rapidly learn and adopt new technologies.
