Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage the service and maintenance department, providing direction and support to staff and work crews.
• Oversee estimating, scheduling, and timely execution of maintenance and repair projects across a diverse property portfolio.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with property managers, clients, and tenants regarding maintenance issues and solutions.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess properties, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company quality standards.
• Develop, implement, and refine maintenance policies and procedures to optimize operational efficiency and service delivery.
• Manage departmental budgets and control expenses, promoting efficient allocation of resources.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support business growth and optimize overall client satisfaction.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to enhance service offerings continuously.
