AI Foundry Product Owner

We are seeking a highly capable AI Product Owner to lead the strategy, execution, and adoption of the AI Foundry platform within the finance and insurance domain. This role requires a strong combination of business acumen, technical understanding, and program execution skills. The ideal candidate will not only define the product vision but also drive the build, rollout, and adoption of AI initiatives, ensuring measurable business impact while effectively managing stakeholders across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the AI Foundry platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives in finance and insurance.
- Serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, gathering, prioritizing, and clarifying requirements to drive actionable AI solutions.
- Lead the build and adoption of AI programs, including development of AI models, integration with business processes, and rollout plans.
- Develop, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog, balancing feature requests, technical debt, and business needs.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, data science, and UX / UI teams to deliver scalable, compliant, and high-quality AI solutions.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure effective delivery.
- Monitor progress, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
- Champion stakeholder engagement, aligning expectations, communicating progress, and ensuring adoption across the organization.
- Advocate for best practices in AI product management, process improvement, and business adoption strategies.
