Position Title : Onsite Network Support Technician (Retainer-Based)

Location : San Jose

Overview

We are looking for a skilled Network Support Technician with hands-on experience in Cisco and Meraki technologies to provide as-needed onsite support in San Jose, CA.

You will work under the direction of a lead technician, assisting with ongoing networking tasks and data center operations. The position is ideal for a dependable and independent technician seeking a long-term, flexible engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on, onsite technical support
• Troubleshoot and maintain Cisco switches, routers, Meraki devices, and related IT infrastructure
• Assist in configuring and migrating data from a Dell 380 to a Dell 1200T storage system
• Support two Cisco switches connected to enterprise storage and servers
• Collaborate with the lead technician on task execution and project initiatives
• Provide support for network and data center hardware as requested (day or night shifts may be needed)
