Summary

The Network Support Specialist will support and maintain DJJ’s network infrastructure and Office 365 tenant to ensure reliable connectivity and access across all critical sites. This role involves both routine and limited on-call duties, focusing on wired / wireless networking, account management, and infrastructure improvement projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to help desk tickets related to wired / wireless network issues and account onboarding / offboarding.
• Participate in on-call rotations (Level 1 & 2) for network and infrastructure support.
• Assist in network rollouts, upgrades, and cleanup projects.
• Provide administrative support for

Microsoft 365 ,

Entra ID (Azure AD) , and

Windows Server   environments.
