Hospitalist – MD / DO

University of Michigan Health-West is seeking an InternalMedicine physician to join our Hospitalist team. This physician will

provide comprehensive care from admission to discharge for all patients referred to the service.

Practice Details

• Work includes 15 shifts in a 28‑day period. Two to four of those shifts per block are overnight.
• Average daily rounding census 15‑17 patients. No ICU patients.
• Average evening admissions is 12‑18 covered with assistance from APPs and House staff.

Health system employed medical group model; extensive Primary Care referral network.
