Work you'll do :

Our Cornerstone Team is dedicated to delivering solutions that help clients transform their HR / Learning and Development practicesdriving significant cost savings, increased efficiency, a stronger competitive advantage, and an improved employee experience. As a Cornerstone Senior Consultant, you will :

• Leading Cornerstone implementation projects work-streams through discovery, design, build, test, and deployment activities leveraging our agile deployment methodology.
• Establish user journeys and create user stories. These support the design and setup of the Organization Units, Learning Objects, Channels, Pathways, and Skills features.
• Supporting the iterative configuration of the application (focusing either on the LMS / LXP, Transform, or Technical / Data Conversion space), engaging stakeholders to conduct reviews through joint design sessions.
• Providing hands-on leadership and project management to ensure deadlines are met and key deliverables are always accurate.
• Gather requirements and design sprints for the Cornerstone application.
• Working with client stakeholders to document baseline, current state Learning / Talent Service Delivery operations.
• Developing the points of value to deliver throughout the learning / workforce transformation effort.
• Develop detailed implementation plans for deploying the Cornerstone product. Establish key milestones. Finalize the budget, scope, and high-level architecture.
• Manage all aspects of the project or workstream. Monitor and identify project issues early to mitigate any risk for the client.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $107,600 to $198,400.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
