Seeking a driven individual capable of excelling in an industrial fabrication setting. Ability to work with minimal supervision required. The fabrication Laborer / Support is an entry level position with opportunity for advancement. This is a very physically demanding position requiring hours of grinding, lifting, and on your feet operation. Candidates must be able to withstand the physical and mental demands that come with the position. Once trained, candidates must be able to meet established production & pace standards.

Duties are as listed but not limited to :

Sanding, grinding, saw cutting, pressure washing, measuring & recording, packaging

Experience preferred but not required :

Laborer / Trade Experience

Tow motor operation

Operating shears, brakes, saws and other heavy industrial equipment.

Operating grinders, belt sanders and other metal finishing equipment

Ability to read and comprehend prints
