Job Overview :

D3 is seeking a Business Development Representative to identify and engage key stakeholders across Web2 ecosystem partners. This hybrid role, preferably based in Los Angeles or Washington DC, is ideal for someone who wants to work at the intersection of business development, operations, and product marketing. As a Business Development Representative, you'll play a key role in helping us bring our product to market, build strategic partnerships, and scale the operational processes that support our business.

The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with relationship-building prowess – someone who thrives on solving complex challenges, communicates with clarity and confidence, and brings a genuine passion for advancing blockchain technologies. Key Responsibilities :

  • Business Development : Research potential partners, support outreach efforts, and assist with negotiations and onboarding.
  • Go-to-Market Support : Contribute to product launch plans, coordinate cross-functional execution, and help deliver campaigns that drive adoption.
  • Operations & Process Improvement : Streamline workflows, document processes, and ensure smooth execution of BD and marketing initiatives.
  • Product Marketing : Support creation of partner decks, sales collateral, and product messaging that communicates value to customers and partners.
  • Market Research & Insights : Track industry trends, competitors, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
  • Performance Tracking : Monitor and report on key metrics to evaluate success of campaigns, partnerships, and operational processes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with BD, Product, and Marketing teams to align efforts and deliver results.

Qualifications :

  • 2+ years of experience in business development or related roles.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Analytical mindset — comfortable working with data to inform decisions and measure outcomes.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative problem solver with an interest in both process optimization and storytelling / positioning.
  • Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools (Notion, Hubspot, etc.)
  • Background in solutions engineering, developer relations, or technical sales
