Health Plan Solutions Director

The Health Plan Solutions Director drives market access to transform diabetes care by leading a team of Account Managers to strengthen health plan relationships and expand access to innovative diabetes technologies. This role develops and executes strategies to expand coverage, negotiate reimbursement, and influence payer medical policy for current and future products. Through effective team leadership and cross-functional collaboration, the Director ensures operational excellence and delivers solutions aligned with payer priorities and organizational growth. This is a field-based position that covers the entire United States. Candidates can be located anywhere within the United States. In addition to field travel, individuals may travel to Medtronic-Diabetes offices located in Northridge, CA and San Antonio, TX. The expectation is to split time between the field and remote 50 / 50.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD) : $180,000 - $200,000 This position is eligible for an annual long-term incentive plan. The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification / education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others). In addition to Base Salary, this position is eligible for a Sales Incentive Plan (SIP), which provides the opportunity to earn significant incentive compensation for achieving or exceeding your goals.
