About the Role

Clear Title is hiring a Brand Development Representative to work directly with real estate agents and help them elevate their marketing strategies. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated, creative, and tech-savvy individual who thrives on building relationships and driving business growth through innovative marketing.Responsibilities

• Partner with real estate agents to enhance their personal and property marketing efforts.
• Guide and support agents in implementing:
  • Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns
  • CRM systems and lead-nurture automations
  • Email, text, and mail funnel strategies
  • Social media branding and content strategies
  • Print marketing and geographic farming initiatives
• Collaborate with three partner real estate offices in Clark County to drive engagement and measurable results.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and marketing tools to continuously bring new ideas to the team.
• Operate independently, manage your own outreach schedule, and take ownership of performance goals.

Compensation

• Base salary + commission

Requirements:

Qualifications

• Understanding of digital marketing (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, CRMs, etc.) — some training available
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly organized and self-directed
• Experience in real estate or real estate marketing preferred but not required
• Creative problem solver with a growth mindset
