About The Position

Must-Have :

• EPIC & PRC Circulate experience
• Proficient in Bronchoscopy, Colonoscopy, EGD
• Ability to monitor, administer, and recover conscious sedation
• Experience with Olympus scopes and processors

Description :

Endoscopy Registered Nurse is responsible for providing care in an outpatient endoscopy center.

Expected to manage 10-18 cases per day per room.

Day shifts are 4x9 hours, with variable days off.

On-call requirement includes 1-2 weeknights per month and 1 weekend every 2-3 months.

Floating to similar units may be required to meet facility needs.

Required skills include knowledge of infection control, sterilization, and disinfection protocols.

Experience with high-level disinfection and instrument processing is essential.

Registered nurses must be adept at handling a varied patient population from healthy to complex cases.

The role involves performing procedures such as EGDs, Colonoscopies, and ERCP.

Team collaboration with interdisciplinary support services is expected.

Candidates should be prepared to adhere to all facility policies, including emergency response during hurricane season.

RTO must be submitted at the time of job application.
