Construction Services Director

VS Engineering is seeking an experienced and motivated Construction Services Director to lead and grow our established construction inspection team. As a family-owned civil engineering firm with 165+ professionals across Indiana, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality infrastructure solutions while fostering a supportive and team-oriented work environment.

The Construction Services Director will oversee and expand our construction inspection services, working closely with key leadership and project teams. This role offers the opportunity to drive business development, mentor staff, and lead impactful infrastructure projects across Central Indiana and beyond.

Your Role as Construction Services Director :

• Team Leadership & Management : Supervise inspection personnel and provide strategic oversight, reporting directly to the COO while collaborating with executive leadership.
• Client Development & Business Growth : Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, leveraging industry connections to expand VS Engineering’s footprint.
• Project Oversight : Lead and manage critical projects, ensuring quality execution, budget adherence, and client satisfaction.
• Staff Development & Recruitment : Mentor and support team members while actively recruiting top talent to strengthen our construction services division.
• Quality Control & Project Execution : Oversee project schedules, budgets, and quality assurance to maintain VS Engineering’s high standards.
• Marketing & Industry Engagement : Represent VS Engineering at industry events, trade organizations, and conferences to enhance our visibility and business opportunities.
• Proposal & Business Strategy Development : Contribute to project proposals and strategic business initiatives to drive continued growth.
