Your Opportunity
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Senior Technology Support Consultant to join our dynamic and growing Programs and Construction Management (PMCM) team. The ideal candidate will be working closely with Controls Specialists and Controls Managers to collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets by developing dashboards and reports to help inform business decisions. In this role, you will also work closely with Controls Leadership to develop and implement standards for technology usage within the group and linking component subsystems to work together as a coherent unit for program management.
Key Responsibilities
Your Capabilities and Credentials
Proficient in data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R). Ability to work with large complex data models. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI is strongly preferred, but similar alternatives may be considered). Familiarity with data warehousing and ETL processes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written / verbal communication and collaboration abilities. Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to multi-task, manage time, organize, and set priorities and make timely decisions.
Preferred Qualifications :
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering). Minimum 10 years' experience in a similar role. Advanced degree in relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Administration) is preferred. Strong Power BI (or similar) experience is required. Industry-specific knowledge and experience (e.g., Architecture, Engineering, Construction).

Pay Range :
Locations in CO, HI, MD & Various CA, NJ Areas - Min Salary $ 108,000.00 - Max Salary $ 162,000.00
Pay Transparency :
In compliance with pay transparency laws, pay ranges are provided for positions in locations where required. Please note, the final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. At Stantec certain roles are bonus eligible.
