What You'll Do

  • Diagnose, interpret test results and treat common acute and chronic adult / pediatric illnesses, applying evidenced-based medical practices
  • Collaborate with the patient and patient’s family to create and execute treatment plans and ensure proper coordination of care to optimize patient’s health progress
  • Maintain patient Electronic Medical Record data
  • Refer to specialists when appropriate
  • Collaborate with regional and central leadership to meet health quality and clinical excellence goals
  • Qualifications

  • Unrestricted and active California Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner License
  • Current BLS, ACLS certification
  • Current California DEA certificate prior to start date
  • Proficiency with EMRs
  • You’re Great for This Role If You Have :

  • At least one year of experience working as a physician assistant or nurse practitioner
  • Internal medicine or primary care experience
  • Interest in working with Medicare patients
  • Proficiency in Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Environmental Job Requirements and Working Conditions

  • Our organization follows an in-person work structure where the expectation is to work onsite on a daily basis, Monday - Friday, 8 : 30am to 5 : 00pm. The clinic is located at 1518 Noriega St, San Francisco, CA 94122.
  • The base pay range for this role is $68 - $74 per hour. This salary range represents our national target range for this role.
