This role is ideal for someone with deep technical expertise in overhead transmission lines and proven success in leading large-scale project portfolios while connecting strategy with measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership : Take full ownership of achieving the companys strategic objectives, translating vision into actionable initiatives.
• Financial Accountability : Deliver annual operating and financial results in line with company targets.
• Technical Expertise : Leverage deep experience in planning, design, and operations of overhead transmission lines to guide technical excellence and project success.
• Project Portfolio Management : Oversee the delivery and management of multiple large-scale projects, ensuring quality, safety, and on-time performance.
• Stakeholder Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with government regulators, transmission system operators (TSOs), and senior executives in the grid industry.
• Strategic Planning : Participate in corporate strategy formulation and lead the breakdown of strategic goals into actionable, measurable plans.
• Team Leadership : Lead and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration.
